I would absolutely stay here again. They are great about responding to messages. The book they left tells you everything you could ever need to know. There was a washer and even an oven! Its the 1st oven I have seen in Cebu! I had no problems with bugs and the rental was clean. I will be back. Also the little restaurant across the street has the best Sisig and pork BBQ I have eaten at a restaurant. My Filipa Wife's Momma is the #1 but who can compete with Momma!

Joys place is exactly as described. We stayed there for 3 weeks and we wanted for nothing. The condo has all the amenities that you need, from kitchen to bathrooms to laundry. Communication with Joy was simple, and she responded very quickly to any enquiries. We were met at the condo by Winnie, who could not have been more helpful. She showed us around the condo and the building, and even helped us with our bags. The location is perfect - close to malls, restaurants, and public transport. We would definitely stay here again.

Staying at Ms. Joy's place was such an experience since the location is perfect for those wanting to experience the Sinulog celebrations like us. You will feel right at home because of how cozy and peaceful the unit is, paired up with an amazing city view during night and day! During our week stay, my family and friends enjoyed every second of it especially the part that we enjoyed home cooked meals even we are surrounded by countless food establishments. We were able to wash our clothes too before we go home as the unit has an automatic washing machine that you can use. It was a pleasant stay indeed.

Was very surprised when I entered condo that there was a large welcome box waiting for us with all the basics to get you through first day tea coffee bread eggs etc ,this was very nice and the first time I have ever had this,thank you. Very nice condo very clean and very comfortable,Wi-Fi good enough to stream movies and sports easily. Had a great month there with no problems very happy to book again. Thanks for a great stay

It's on the 37th floor and very quiet for being in the middle of everything. Great location, easy to get Grab and taxi. Staff at the entrance to the condo are friendly and easy to get along with. Also, Joy's agent is very responsive to needs that arise. We stayed a month and are very pleased. We will stay again!

My stay at Horizon was wonderful, The room was absolutely spectacular The air conditioning could not have been better. I am American and this was the first time visiting the Philippines and the amenities and everything in the condo was Great and even surpassed my expectations. The kitchen is very large. The bed and the sheets were something straight out of a five-star hotel in New York City, very very nice. While some things could be improved upon in the shared facilities like the pool like more pool seating, besides that if you are American and looking for a nice place to stay in Cebu city You should probably choose this place It will meet and surpass your expectations. The hosts are very responsive. I'm a dummy and even misplaced the key which I later found but they went out of their way to come over and open the condo up for me. Joy and Mike are spectacular hosts!

The condo was very clean. Wini is a good caretaker. She's always available when we ask her to clean for a fee of course. We were satisfied. Some basic things/ food were available for us to use for the first couple of days. It exceeded our expectations.

We had an incredible experience staying at Joy's place. The apartment was exactly as described, exceptionally clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the major attractions and restaurants. Wini was very welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we've had. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Cebu City.

Joy's condo was wonderful. This is the best Airbnb in Cebu. In the future I will choose to stay there because when I go back to Cebu I always like my comfort, and wow was this place comfortable. I like real coffee so it's great to have a real coffee maker and I was delighted to find a safe box in the room. I also had to do a visa application when I was in Cebu and it was great to have a copier printer in the apartment. The bed was so lovely with a thick mattress and very plush pillows. The curtains made the room so dark, and it was explained to me that some soundproofing had just been added to the windows, well it was super quiet there so I assume whatever they did must have worked. The agent Wini was really helpful. I was late arriving but she was there to meet me with the keys as promised and the late checkout was so helpful. Wini is so kind and wonderful. It's perfect.

Wini was our main point of contact and she was amazing! Seriously went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. We needed a scale for our luggage and went out to buy one for us! If we needed anything, she was there to accommodate. Definitely would recommend staying there 11/10!

Stayed with kids. We loved the views. The comfort level was beyond our expectations. The elevators need reprogrammed for better service. This is the one negative. If elevators can be programmed to position at various floors for more rapid response times. We are currently trying to go back for second half of our vacation following brief stay in Bohol. Best we've stayed in on our 4th trip here since 2015.

The place exceeded our expecations. We really appreciate how they allowed us to check in early and checkout late, esp we had kids with us, it was a huge help. Place was really homey. It had everything we needed, drinking water, toiletries, laundry area, cleaning tools and bonus on free coffee and crackers. This should be the best airbnb i have stayed in cebu. Have compared it to the places my family booked in, and this was just spot on.

Joy's place was perfect. Six out of Five Stars. So above and beyond what we expected. We really enjoyed being able to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner as much as we wanted. Everything we needed was there - pots, pans, rice cooker, tea kettle, even a strainer! There's a Pure Gold Grocery a 5-minute walk from Horizons. And a Robinsons grocery a 10-minute walk in the other direction. Joy's place was clean and comfortable, and we felt at home. Very comfortable beds, spotless bathrooms, an amazing couch, and a great TV. And the ability to do our own laundry. It was the perfect base camp for me to work from during the day (very fast, stable internet) while my wife watched Netflix and then we could explore Cebu in the afternoons, evenings, and weekends. However, we enjoyed the peace and quiet of the apartment so much, we ended up staying in most nights. It was wonderful, amazing, and more. It's the only place I would want to stay the next time we're in Cebu.

We took the earliest flight to Cebu and the Agent Wini is already in the bldg to greet and assist us in. She is very friendly and welcoming. She even bought us bread and coffee. It was so thoughtful of her. The place is tidy, beautiful, and clean. Some tourist attractions are close by, Restaurants and shopping areas too. Host is very helpful with all my inquiries. I highly recommend this place and definitely book it again.
